Joining our team means you're helping to accelerate healthcare innovation, directly impacting patient care and safety across the globe.
About the roleThe Growth Marketing Manager will own campaign execution and optimization across all digital and ABM channels. You'll design, test, and scale programs that reach high-value MedTech accounts, generate qualified leads, and convert them into pipeline opportunities.
This role combines creativity and analytics — you'll operate as a campaign strategist and executor, supported by the CMO for direction and mentorship. You'll collaborate directly with Sales and SDR teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into tangible results.
What you'll doCampaign Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the CMO to translate company objectives into quarterly growth and ABM marketing plans.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify and prioritize Tier 1–3 target accounts.
- Define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics tied to pipeline growth and conversion rates.
- Contribute to market messaging and competitive positioning with guidance from the CMO and CEO.
Campaign & ABM Execution
- Plan, build, and launch multi-channel ABM campaigns across LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, email, and direct mail.
- Manage and execute Rimsys' event and trade show marketing — from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up.
- Create and deploy marketing assets (emails, landing pages, LinkedIn ads, simple graphics, and collateral) — coordinating external vendors for writing and design production when needed.
- Maintain brand consistency and clarity across all external marketing materials.
Pipeline & SDR Alignment
- Work closely with SDRs to ensure marketing-qualified leads are effectively nurtured and followed up.
- Develop outreach templates, call scripts, and nurture sequences that align with ABM campaigns.
- Monitor lead progression through the funnel and recommend improvements to increase conversion and pipeline velocity.
- Share campaign insights, engagement reports, and account-level intelligence with Sales and SDR teams weekly.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report campaign performance and marketing-sourced pipeline using HubSpot and 6sense dashboards.
- Measure campaign ROI, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
- Regularly analyze results to identify optimization opportunities across channels, messaging, and targeting.
- Present performance updates and recommendations in monthly growth reviews with the CMO and Sales.
Platform & Vendor Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of HubSpot (marketing automation, workflows, lead nurturing) and 6sense (account insights, intent data, targeting).
- Oversee LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid acquisition and retargeting.
- Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and event vendors as needed to support campaign delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner directly with Sales and SDRs to ensure full alignment between marketing efforts and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, value propositions, and outreach sequences.
- Serve as the primary driver of marketing execution within the organization — ensuring all programs are timely, measurable, and aligned to growth objectives.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or demand generation, ideally within regulated or complex industries (MedTech, Life Sciences, or HealthTech preferred).
- Proven success running AI driven ABM or targeted demand gen campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline results.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Experience managing marketing events such as small tradeshows and user conferences.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors.
- Comfortable producing or repurposing marketing content (emails, social posts, landing page copy) when needed.
- Thrive in a lean, collaborative environment with high ownership.
- Are comfortable managing both strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Love testing, iterating, and learning from data.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with Sales and leadership.
- Enjoy building things — new campaigns, workflows, or creative approaches to reach decision-makers.
