Job Description:

We are a leading cosmetic surgery practice in Queens, NY, seeks a motivated Receptionist & Sales Specialist who does cold phone calling. This role blends front-desk duties with converting leads into booked appointments and ensuring great patient experiences. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and skilled at building rapport and overcoming objections.

Duties

  • Greet patients, manage front-desk operations, and book appointments on first contact.
  • Call leads, follow up on inquiries, and maximize booking rates.

Experience

  • Reception or customer-facing experience, preferably in a medspa or high-service setting.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (REQUIRED).
  • COLD phone calling and be able to demonstrate in bringing into the office new patient and old Patient leads
  • Strong communication and booking skills.
  • Must learn what aesthetic procedures are offered in our clinic
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Experience with financing is a plus.
  • Passion for aesthetic medicine and patient care.
