The Position:

LADACIN Network is looking for a dynamic, creative, progressive individual with strong leadership qualities to serve as the Supervisor of Curriculum/Assistant Principal of the Lehmann (located in Lakewood) and Schroth Schools (located in Ocean Township). The Supervisor of Curriculum/Assistant Principal serves as one of the educational leaders of the school program responsible for supporting staff to implement state approved curriculum to fidelity, enabling therapists to meet all student IEP mandates and assisting the social worker (as case manager) to ensure strong sending district relationships.

Our state-approved private school offers high-quality special education for children ages 3-21 with multiple physical and developmental disabilities. Since 1956 we have provided an array of comprehensive services to address the whole child, ensuring they discover and develop their individual strengths and abilities using all the technology, supports, and accommodations they require. We serve children throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Special Education or appropriate field.

  • New Jersey Supervisor certification required;

  • New Jersey Principal certification required;

  • Experience working with people with developmental and multiple physical disabilities preferred.
