Help residents maintain or regain independence through structured restorative programs.

Requirements:

  • Current CNA license (Missouri)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Restorative training (facility-provided if needed)
  • 1+ year CNA or therapy aide experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

What You'll Do:

  • Assist residents with mobility, strength, and ADL retraining
  • Carry out restorative programs under nursing/therapy guidance
  • Monitor and document progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
  • Promote resident independence and quality of life
