The Momentum Utility Staff plays a key role in supporting the Food & Beverage team during events at Club Momentum. This position assists with event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for members and guests. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown in an on-call or scheduled capacity.
  • Support bartenders and servers during events, ensuring smooth service and timely guest assistance.
  • Serve cocktails and beverages professionally and attentively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event and service areas before, during, and after functions.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and light prep as needed.
  • Provide friendly, proactive service to members and guests to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with event staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold Club Momentum's standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Working Conditions

  • On-call and scheduled shifts, primarily during events.
  • May require physical activity including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment.
