Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Retail Sales and Marketing associate. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in retail sales, customer service, and marketing strategies within a dynamic environment. This is a full-time, on-site, entry-level role — no previous experience required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate products and services in a simple and effective way
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with in-store promotional activities
  • Support daily company operations and team tasks
  • Follow company and client compliance guidelines and customer etiquette
  • Learn foundational leadership and team-support skills through hands-on training

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable talking with customers in face-to-face interactions
  • Dependable, positive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Flexible availability
  • No experience required — we provide full paid training
