We're looking for an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead our front-office operations, support our clinical team, and help drive continued growth and excellence in patient care.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, excellent communication skills, and a leadership style that fosters teamwork, accountability, and positivity. You'll oversee daily operations, patient flow, financials, and team coordination to ensure smooth, efficient practice performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-office and administrative functions, including scheduling, insurance, and billing
  • Lead, train, and support front-office staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Manage patient communications, accounts receivable, and treatment plan coordination
  • Monitor office performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to align operational and clinical goals
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office protocols
  • Support marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience (required)
  • Proficiency with dental software (Open Dental preferred)
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification, claims, and collections
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
