Boba Barista/Cashier

Job Summary

We're looking for friendly, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our team as Boba Baristas If you love bubble tea, enjoy fast-paced environments, and have a passion for great customer service — we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks, desserts, and shaved ice
• Follow recipes and maintain drink quality and consistency
• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Take and prepare customer orders efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and kitchen areas
• Restock ingredients and supplies
• Operate POS system and handle transactions
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• Must have experience in Boba shops
• Must work at least 1 shifts during the weekends
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BOBA/SMOOTHIE TEA SHOPS
