Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each dining experience is memorable, showcasing your knowledge of our menu and your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and dietary options.
  • Ensure food safety standards are met throughout service, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining environment is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Strong math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with culinary terminology is beneficial for effective menu communication.
