ROMTech is now looking for a Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our growing Customer Success team and provide compassionate and efficient support to patients using our technology. This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST schedule. We offer competitive benefits such as health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers regarding product orders, service issues, and account inquiries.
  • Educate patients and customers on medical products, usage guidelines, and delivery timelines.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up communication.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and urgency.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM or EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor open orders, backorders, and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service or dispatching experience.
  • Experience in a customer service/ high-pressure, call center environment, servicing customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Fluent in Spanish preferred, not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • An understanding of customer service best practices.
  • Experience using a CRM system, preferred.
  • Ability to commute to our office in Clearwater, FL.
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
  • Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
