Job Type: Part-Time (Highly Variable Schedule hrs/wk)

About Dryvebox Columbus

Dryvebox Columbus is an innovative mobile golf simulator experience launching in early 2026 bringing the game of golf to events, businesses, and private parties across Ohio. Our mission is to make golf more accessible, fun, and interactive for players of all skill levels. Whether at corporate outings, breweries, private events, or tournaments, Dryvebox delivers a unique and engaging experience.

We're looking for high-energy, entrepreneurial team members to run and operate Dryvebox at events, manage operations, and help grow the business. This position has a variable schedule and will require an individual with significant flexibility.

What You'll Do:

Operations & Event Execution

  • Operate & manage the Dryvebox unit at various events (corporate outings, private parties, festivals, golf tournaments).
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience, from setup to teardown.
  • Provide basic golf instruction and assist players with the simulator.
  • Transport Dryvebox to and from event locations and ensure proper setup.

Business Growth & Sales

  • Work with ownership to generate bookings and drive event sales.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with breweries, golf courses, corporate clients, and event organizers.
  • Upsell services such as additional simulator time, branding opportunities, and VIP packages.

Logistics & Maintenance

  • Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the simulator is always in top condition.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials, branded items, and event supplies.
  • Ensure Dryvebox is cleaned, stocked, and well-presented at all times.

Customer & Partner Relations

  • Act as the face of Dryvebox Columbus, building relationships with clients and event attendees.
  • Gather feedback and identify ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Represent Dryvebox at networking events and marketing activations.
