Job Summary

The Creative Client Relations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations and client experience of Tiny Textures Salon for Kids and Textured Kids Haircare. This position is designed for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, an engaging phone presence, and a passion for natural hair care and braiding. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-focused, and creatively driven, able to manage administrative tasks, assist with customer relations, and develop engaging content for social media that aligns with our brand values.

This hybrid role offers a balance of in-salon, administrative office, and limited work-from-home responsibilities, with the primary work location in Richmond, VA, and occasional travel to our Williamsburg salon or special event venues.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Administrative Tasks

  • Provide excellent phone support with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage client booking, scheduling, and confirmations using salon software.
  • Conduct new client consultations, ensuring families feel welcomed and informed.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including recordkeeping and event coordination.

Special Events & Operations

  • Track and maintain inventory for special events, ensuring supplies are fully stocked.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting salon and community events.
  • Travel as needed to Williamsburg and other event venues to provide onsite support.

Creative & Social Media

  • Develop and post engaging content across social media platforms to highlight salon services, products, and client experiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create campaigns that strengthen brand identity and community connection.
  • Stay current with industry trends in natural hair and braiding to support creative content development.

Team & Brand Support

  • Act as a liaison between clients, stylists, and management to ensure a smooth and positive client journey.
  • Support the brand's mission of inclusivity, education, and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other administrative and creative tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
