• Operate manual torches to cut and shape materials as directed
• Ensure precision and safety while handling torch equipment
• Assist in general shop duties and maintain a clean work area
• Follow instructions and job specifications with attention to detail

Skills:

The required skills for this position include mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, which are essential for operating complex machinery and ensuring product quality. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is crucial for successful production outcomes. Preferred skills such as welding certification and CNC programming knowledge enhance the operator's ability to contribute to advanced manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving skills are utilized daily to address any operational challenges that may arise. Additionally, effective communication skills are important for collaborating with team members and reporting production metrics.

ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
