Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert, transformative psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele in need of mental healthcare.
• Maintain full professional autonomy, independently managing your flexible work schedule and determining your optimal client caseload and virtual work environment.
• Utilize the integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) features, including real-time scheduling, secure client communication, end-to-end documentation templates, and built-in assessments, to manage your practice efficiently.
• Contribute to increased accessibility of mental healthcare by accepting major insurance plans, including government-sponsored coverage (e.g., Medicare Advantage and Medicaid).

Requirements

• Full and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Therapist at a Master's level or above (accepted licenses include, but are not limited to: LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW), validated on a state-by-state basis.
• Active and valid NPI number.
• Up-to-date and necessary Malpractice Insurance coverage.
• Readiness to launch a new private practice or grow an existing business by incorporating insurance acceptance.
