You Will:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead project teams in the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project variables, such as scope, budget, and risks.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Proactively address and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with team leads to optimize resource utilization.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within approved financial constraints.
  • Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and organized for reference.
  • Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Communicate changes to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Information Services or IT projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
