• Redline and coordinate floor plan backgrounds to establish appropriate structural gridlines and gridline
callouts. Coordinate this activity with the structural engineer

sections and report back to PM/PA.
• Redline building sections and floor plans to establish appropriate wall sections to be detailed. Production

• Redline floor plans to establish appropriate floor plan details to be detailed. Production staff to block out
plan details and report back to PM/PA.
• Redline floor plans to establish appropriate partition types. Verify partition types and material with district
standards. Production staff to block out plan details and report back to PM/PA.
• Redline casework plans and elevations for production staff. Production staff to pick up redlines and report
back to PM/PA
• Redline door and window types for production staff. Production staff to pick up redlines and report back to
PM/PA
• Redline schedules for production staff. Production staff to pick up redlines and report back to PM/PA
• Redline exterior elevations as created by production staff and review with design.
• Review and redline all floor plan dimensions and assign to intern production staff
• Assign shop drawing review to appropriate production or intern. Review all shop drawings as returned form
production staff and return to PC for distribution
• Coordinate Clash Detection
• Redline review of roof plans
• Draw special Architectural elements such as "Main Entry"
• Ensure completion of redlines and review with production staff (staff to report back with "yellowed" out
redlines)
• Set team meeting to review cartoon set that was established by the PD and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with production team and all consultants and generate task list for
next week.
• coordinate and attend review meetings with spec department at 50%, 75% and 95% printings.
• Coordinate with MEP for appropriate MEP spaces and redline backgrounds for production staff
• Coordinate with foodservice for appropriate space requirements for foodservice program and redline
backgrounds for production staff
• Generate code review documents
• Coordinate jurisdictional meetings and submissions.
• Coordinate and attend owner coordination meetings. .
• Verify or initial all "checked by" boxes on all sheets.
• Coordinate specifications with SrPM/PM
Here's What You'll Need:
• Must be a licensed Architect.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
• Architecture License is required.
• 5 + years of professional experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in using Revit.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required.

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.
