We're actively seeking experienced Daily Claims Adjusters to service residential and commercial property claims in the Nashville area.

This role is ideal for independent adjusters looking for steady claim volume, competitive compensation, and the freedom to manage their own workflow.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate property damage from wind, hail, fire, and other covered losses

  • Capture clear, thorough documentation with detailed notes and high-quality photos

  • Prepare precise repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility software

  • Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier contacts

  • Manage assigned claims from start to finish, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines and carrier expectations

Requirements:

  • Experience using Xactimate or Symbility for estimating property claims

  • Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and adjusting tools

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

  • Availability to accept assignments and complete reports on time
