Let's be clear:

We are not looking for quiet instructors, rigid lesson scripts, or workbook warriors.

We are building a space where boys move, speak up, think hard, collaborate, fail forward, and grow—and we need educators who can command energy and turn it into learning.

THE CALL

This program exists to interrupt boredom, disengagement, and low expectations.

Our instructors don't stand at the front and talk at students.

They build experiences, spark curiosity, and make reading and math undeniably relevant.

If you believe education should be felt, not just delivered—you're our kind of person.

You know how to:

  • Teach across learning styles without watering things down
  • Engage middle and high school boys with confidence and authenticity
  • Adapt in the moment when a lesson needs movement, competition, or conversation
  • Lead a room and earn respect without intimidation

If your go-to strategy is worksheets and silence, this is not the role for you.

HOW WE TEACH (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

  • Minimum 50% hands-on, interactive, student-led learning
  • Projects, games, challenges, debate, movement, and real-world application
  • Reading that becomes dialogue
  • Math that becomes strategy, problem-solving, and action
  • Learning that sticks because students were part of it
