Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service in a quick-service restaurant environment. Your primary focus will be on food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle cash accurately during transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations in compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations.
  • Assist with bussing tables, cleaning utensils, and restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills.
  • Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills.
  • Basic math proficiency for order calculations and register operations.
  • Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
