Diverse, fast paced well established veterinary clinic is looking for unique receptionist to join our staff. We are looking for a team player with a warm and friendly attitude that will support the collective goals of the practice. Excellent customer care, communication skills as well as schedule flexibility are a must.

Candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent multitasking/prioritizing skills
  • Ability to remain calm yet efficient under pressure
  • Computer knowledge & proficiency
  • Experience with Cornerstone veterinary software (Not required but certainly a plus)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Friendly & outgoing demeanor
  • Team oriented attitude
