Our practice is located in Sherman Oaks. We are open 7 days a week from 8am-8pm. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service, reliable, responsible, able to work independently as well as with others. Must have 1-2 years of previous veterinary receptionist experience.
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff and clients
- Assist clients with basic questions regarding pets' health and upcoming appointments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Discharge patients
- Collect and process payments
- Knowledge of veterinary diets for pets
- Gather all records needed for appointments
