Senior Product Manager

JustFab Brands is looking for a Senior Product Manager.

If you are an experienced and data driven digital Product Manager with ecommerce and subscription expertise, this role is for you.

How do you fit in?

As the Senior Product Manager, you will manage the subscription and ecommerce customer experience from ideation to delivery for our JustFab, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids Shopify stores according to the business strategy and KPI targets for our JustFab family of brands.

The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Product.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of the of the ecommerce and subscription experience for our JustFab, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids brands across mobile and web
• Partner with leadership and delivery teams to define the product strategy, feature development and optimization roadmap aligned with the company vision
• Analyze and document customer needs and current market trends from an ROI and competitor differentiation perspective to justify product recommendations to leadership
• Translate high level business and end user needs into detailed specifications that can be executed by UX, engineering and QA partners
• Partner closely with brand, creative, marketing and merchansing stakeholders on feature prioritization and go to market plans
• Define A/B and multivariate testing and experience optimization strategy leveraging statistical best practices for analyzing results and identifying iterations
• Communicate feature delivery status and test results across the organization

What you can bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant ecommerce and subscription product management experience for web and native applications
• A/B and multivariate testing experience required
• Experience working with global co-located teams required
• Shopify experience preferred
• Experience using AI chat features to complete project tasks

Specific Skills

• Strong business acumen and problem solving skills, very comfortable analyzing reports in Tableau and Amplitude in order to make business recommendations
• A/B and multivariate Testing
• Ability to work independently and switch rapidly between projects and priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, a positive attitude with a team player mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to maintain and keep track of multiple sources of information
• Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to optimize on processes
• The ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure
• Have a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to come to logical conclusions no matter how little information is available.
• Proactive, talented communicator - written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
• Keeps manager informed and escalates issues when necessary

Certifications/Licenses

• Agile project management or related certification a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is from $107,000-$170,000. The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
