We are currently seeking a Process Engineer who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
(salary offer is determined by experience)

At Gardner Abrasives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:

• Perform engineering work in operations, production, or maintenance.
• Recommend and implement improvements, modification or additions.
• Resolve production restraints and recommend production and process flow improvements.
• Conducts tests and monitors process performance throughout production.
• Troubleshoots problems associated with manufacturing processes.
• Integrates and recommends equipment and material capabilities to meet target specifications and technology specifications.

At Gardner Abrasives and under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will join the Operations Team

We are seeking someone who has an associate's degree in drafting, design, engineering, manufacturing technology or equivalent combination of experience & education. 2-5 years of progressive experience. Excellent computer skills with MS Office program, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. If you are an analytical, self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills, and committed to an innovative work environment, then we are eager to change the world with you

WORK SITE LOCATION & HOURS:

• Ability to commute to: 481 Gardner Street, South Beloit, IL 61080
• Schedule: 8-10 hours shifts.
• 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Must be willing to travel at times.
