We are actively seeking an Internet Enrollment Representative to present wireless and broadband communications to customers. In this Internet Enrollment Representative role, you will work with customers to guide them through services ensuring each customer is matched with solutions tailored to their specific needs.

As an Internet Enrollment Representative you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience, sales product execution, and driving the adoption of AT&T's services in Corona areas. The Internet Enrollment Representative position requires a proactive approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions that improve how people stay connected.

Internet Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-depth product education to customers on AT&T's portfolio of wireless, internet, and television services, ensuring product and plan selections are strategically aligned with individual needs
  • Provide personalized sales support to elevate the customer enrollment experience and foster long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of AT&T's promotional offerings, device options, and pricing structures to deliver accurate, value-driven recommendations
  • Assess customer requirements through active listening and situational analysis
  • Diagnose and resolve sales-related inquiries and concerns with urgency and professionalism to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Communicate key customer insights, recurring sales service issues, and emerging market opportunities to leadership to support continuous improvement and strategic planning

Internet Enrollment Representative Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or telecommunications field
  • Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly
  • Proven ability to thrive in a customer-centric environment while maintaining professionalism and adaptability under pressure
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service, paired with a strong sense of initiative, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
