Purpose: Supports Portfolio Leads and senior team members with administrative,
coordination, and operational tasks while building technical and client management skills.
Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination & Scheduling (30%)
o Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and site visits.
o Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
o Support tracking of project milestones, deliverables, and budgets.

2. Operational & Compliance Support (25%)
o Support consistency of scheduling PM and CM by following QE Solar standards.
o Help with documentation, site audits, logistics coordination, and compliance
reporting.
o Maintain and update trackers, records, and reports for internal and client use.

3. Technical Support (20%)
o Assist in monitoring portfolio/BESS system performance through remote platforms.
o Provide preliminary data collection for troubleshooting and preventative
maintenance.
o Shadow senior staff during client calls to build technical competency.

4. Process & Reporting (15%)
o Contribute to presentation/report preparation in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, QEST
reporting.
o Support process documentation and updates to internal knowledge bases.
o Provide administrative support to ensure project continuity.

5. Team Contribution (5%)
o Collaborate with team members on daily tasks.
o Participate in training and skill development to grow into a Portfolio Lead role.

6. Other Duties (5%)
o Support other QE Solar initiatives and tasks as assigned
