Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bilingual Immigration Attorney with a minimum of two to five years of experience in family-based and humanitarian immigration law to join our growing, mission-driven team.

The Immigration Attorney will represent clients in a wide range of family and humanitarian immigration matters, including family-based petitions, U and T visas, VAWA Cases , adjustment of status, naturalization and related cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct legal representation in family-based and humanitarian immigration matters.
  • Prepare and review applications, petitions, and supporting documentation with precision and care.
  • Represent clients before USCIS, and other agencies.
  • Prepare filings, motions, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with a supportive legal team and stay current on immigration updates.

Qualifications

  • JD and active bar license (any U.S. state)
  • 2-5+ years of family and humanitarian immigration experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Proficiency with case management software (e.g., MyCase, Docketwise, or similar)
  • Comfortable with cloud-based tools, electronic file management
