In this energetic role, you will operate commercial box trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles to transport portable toilets safely and efficiently. Duties

  • Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to load, transport, and unload portable toilets across designated routes
  • Load and secure portable units using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques to ensure safe transit
  • Deliver portable toilets to various locations, including construction sites, outdoor events, and public venues while adhering to scheduled routes
  • Load and unload equipment efficiently, ensuring all units are properly secured for transit
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any mechanical issues promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records
  • Assist with site setup or breakdown when required, including moving units into position or cleaning units upon return

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred
  • Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving and navigation skills
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely; experience with moving equipment or heavy objects is a plus
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, forklift operation, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients
  • Experience in heavy lifting, moving equipment, or site setup is desirable
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely
  • Prior experience as a courier or load & unload specialist is beneficial
  • Excellent time management skills to adhere to delivery schedules in a timely manner
  • Physical stamina for long periods of standing, walking, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
