We are looking for an experienced Public Areas Supervisor to join our team. This person will report to the Facilities Manager and be responsible for directing a team of cleaners and laborers to ensure the general cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Essential Functions

  • Directs maintenance program of designated group to ensure a clean and attractive public environment.
  • Recommends, documents and issues discipline.
  • Responsible for assigning and oversight of public area services staff.
  • Responsible for direct supervision, evaluation, and training of staff.
  • Submits requisitions for all supplies and equipment.
  • Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and OSHA regulations.
  • Assists in establishing standards and procedures for ensuring cleaning needs and excellent service.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.

Job Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum (1) year in public area cleaning.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid PA Drivers License
  • Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
