Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bartenders to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience in fast-paced environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving drinks accurately, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Prior experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
  • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling.
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality service.
  • Ensure all drinks are prepared safely following food safety and handling protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices.
  • Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold all licensing laws regarding the sale of alcohol and enforce age restrictions.

Skills

  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
  • Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet settings, or food service environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking under pressure.
