Key Responsibilities Building Awesome Features Design and develop software components that power Auger's cutting-edge supply chain solutions. Work on real-time data pipelines, APIs, or AI-powered tools to deliver innovative features for our customers.
Tackling Real-World Problems Solve complex technical challenges in scalability, performance, and data integration. Dive into tough problems, like optimizing logistics algorithms or improving the responsiveness of our platform.

Making an Impact Be part of a team that's revolutionizing how global supply chains work. See your contributions go live and make a difference in the world of logistics and beyond.    Qualifications  We want team members who are ready and willing to take on a variety of challenges and bring an abiding curiosity about the "what's" and "why's" of the data and technology. You'll thrive if you're a resilient, driven, and confident, developer who brings the determination to tackle one of the most complex and consequential challenges in the world. Specific qualifications we are looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field graduating from December June 2026. Have worked with Java or Python.Knows about cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.  Ability to work in-person from our Bellevue HQ.Able to work collaboratively through ambiguity, with urgency, patience, and good humor.
Bonus Points & Other ConsiderationsKnowledge of supply chain systems or logistics is a plus. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and techniques (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) or real-time data streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink). Experience tinkering with side projects, open-source contributions, or anything that shows you love to build and learn.
