Job Summary:

The Maintenance & Calibration Technician is responsible for performing
corrective and preventive maintenance
on facility and production equipment within a GMP Radioligand Therapies Production Facility. This role ensures reliable, efficient, and compliant operations while supporting site projects and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair activities on production, lab, and building management systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair process equipment, including containment isolator systems, filling lines, HVAC, motors, pumps, vacuum systems, and control systems.
  • Interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts for maintenance planning.
  • Support 24x7 site operations and perform startup/commissioning activities.
  • Maintain accurate cGMP documentation, including work orders, SOPs, and training procedures.
  • Provide radiation safety support, including calibration of detection equipment.
  • Assist in investigations, deviations, and CAPA closures from an engineering/maintenance perspective.
  • Oversee and train junior technicians as required.
  • Use CMMS systems to document work accurately.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance within cleanroom environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 5+ years
    of hands-on plant maintenance experience in a regulated GMP environment.
  • Experience in aseptic fill/finish, radiopharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device manufacturing preferred.
  • Training in radioactive or hazardous material handling preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Building Management Systems, and CMMS.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in protective clothing including cleanroom and respiratory protection.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
