Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in several key areas, including documenting processes and templates, conducting market research, building report dashboards, and supporting orientation and intern event planning. This role offers a comprehensive experience in recruitment and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Document key recruitment processes and create or update templates to streamline hiring and onboarding procedures.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify recruiting best practices, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
  • Report Dashboards: Build and maintain report dashboards to track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sourcing effectiveness.
  • Orientation Support: Assist with the orientation process for new hires and interns, including preparing orientation materials, scheduling sessions, and facilitating activities.
  • Intern Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of intern events, including networking sessions, training workshops, and social activities to enhance the intern experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparing recruitment reports, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret report dashboards and metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in documenting processes, creating reports, and supporting orientation and events.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with HR professionals and other departments.
  • Event Planning: Basic experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, with a focus on creating positive intern experiences.
