The Role

As our HR Generalist, you'll support day-to-day human resource functions while helping to strengthen and evolve our people programs. This role combines administrative precision with genuine care for people and culture.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Maintaining HR records, systems, and compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Partnering with department leaders to ensure strong communication and engagement.
  • Administering company policies and supporting employee relations with fairness and professionalism.
  • Helping coordinate performance reviews, training initiatives, and culture programs.
  • Managing background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
  • Additional admnistrative or HR related tasks as assigned.

You'll work directly with the Controller, supporting both operational and people-related initiatives to keep the company running smoothly and the team supported.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Communications.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Confident, approachable, and calm under pressure.
  • Strong professional references.
  • Clean background check.
  • Ability to work from the Colorado Springs office Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
