The Role
As our HR Generalist, you'll support day-to-day human resource functions while helping to strengthen and evolve our people programs. This role combines administrative precision with genuine care for people and culture.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Maintaining HR records, systems, and compliance with state and federal laws.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Partnering with department leaders to ensure strong communication and engagement.
- Administering company policies and supporting employee relations with fairness and professionalism.
- Helping coordinate performance reviews, training initiatives, and culture programs.
- Managing background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
- Additional admnistrative or HR related tasks as assigned.
You'll work directly with the Controller, supporting both operational and people-related initiatives to keep the company running smoothly and the team supported.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Communications.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist.
- Knowledge: Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Confident, approachable, and calm under pressure.
- Strong professional references.
- Clean background check.
- Ability to work from the Colorado Springs office Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
