Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. This role is essential for driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will collaborate with our team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Duties

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Campaign management: Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and content creation across different media channels like digital, email, and print.
  • Market research: Initiate market research studies and analyze findings to understand customer behavior and identify new opportunities.
  • Budget and financial oversight: Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and report on the financial performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales, finance, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with financial industry regulations. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Multichannel campaigns: Manage email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising).
  • Utilize analytics: Use tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Create engaging content: Create content for various platforms including websites, social media channels, and marketing-on-demand emails.
  • Event planning: Define goals, target audience, key messages, and create a budget and timeline. Then choose event format and marketing channels, develop engaging content, and coordinate logistics and promotions. Finally, execute the event and measure its success using metrics and post-event feedback.

Requirements

  • Marketing expertise: Proficiency in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Financial acumen: An understanding of financial services, products, and the regulatory environment.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret market research, and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and explain marketing strategies.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms and other marketing technology. Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge: SEO best practices and social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills: Ability to create compelling content tailored for different audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects: Ability tosimultaneously manage projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
