Overview

CreativeWolf Agency is an elite branding and marketing company focused on helping entrepreneurs scale through storytelling, automation, and high-ticket acquisition systems. We are building a powerhouse team and are seeking a Marketing Director who is a skilled closer and strategist, ready to step into a leadership role.

This role begins with a 90-day internship, where you earn commission for every high-ticket lead that converts through our sales ecosystem. If you help close 5 qualified high-ticket clients within the first 30 days, you will immediately move into a full-time salaried Marketing Director position.

We want someone who is confident, experienced, resourceful, and hungry to grow with a rapidly scaling agency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize CreativeWolf's marketing efforts
  • Manage and improve our high-ticket sales funnel and webinar funnel
  • Develop lead nurturing strategies to increase conversions
  • Collaborate with the internal creative and production teams
  • Review analytics and make data-driven adjustments
  • Build and refine marketing campaigns to attract high-quality clients
  • Participate in weekly meetings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
  • Eventually lead and build a marketing department after proving performance

Requirements

  • Must have a portfolio demonstrating marketing leadership or closing results
  • Must understand high-ticket funnels, webinars, and digital marketing strategies
  • Comfortable analyzing funnel data and optimizing conversion points
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking
  • Ability to operate independently and execute fast
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads is a strong plus

Compensation Structure (First 90 Days)

  • Earn commission only for qualified leads that close
  • Commission increases based on performance
  • No hourly or base salary during internship
  • Close 5 high-ticket clients in the first month and you will be immediately placed on salary
  • After transitioning to salary, bonuses and commissions remain available
