Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food processing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient production and packaging of high-quality food products while adhering to all safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and production of food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all FDA regulations and food safety standards throughout the production process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely, including forklifts when necessary, to facilitate the movement of materials.
  • Package finished products efficiently while ensuring quality control measures are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food production or a food processing plant is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Ability to operate a forklift is a plus; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality in food processing.
