Fleet Procurement SpecialistAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Procurement Specialist to support our asset procurement team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of fleet operations and procurement. Reporting to the Fleet Procurement Manager, you will assist in the acquisition, tracking, and documentation of fleet assets while gaining exposure to vendor management and industry best practices.---Key Responsibilities:· Procurement Support: Assist in the purchasing process for fleet vehicles and equipment, including gathering quotes, preparing documentation, and tracking orders.· Data Management: Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, including specifications, site assignments, and lifecycle status.· Reporting: Help prepare reports on fleet utilization, spend tracking, and procurement activity for internal stakeholders.· Vendor Coordination: Support communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and maintain documentation.· Compliance Assistance: Help monitor compliance with company procurement policies and escalate concerns to the supervisor.· Rental Coordination: Assist in sourcing and coordinating short-term rentals for operational needs across various sites.· Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve procurement workflows and documentation accuracy.---Qualifications:· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Basic understanding of procurement or fleet operations is a plus.· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.· Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.· Some travel required
