This strategic position blends technical expertise with business acumen to shape Arrow's service portfolio, accelerate revenue growth, and position Arrow ECS as a market leader in managed services.

  • Consolidate market and partner feedback to inform service development priorities in collaboration with regional and country leadership teams.
  • Define technical and functional requirements, delivery models, and cost estimates for new service initiatives.
  • Architect scalable service designs across infrastructure, SaaS, and hybrid environments — ensuring performance, security, and operational excellence.
  • Lead technical workshops with key customers and partners, translating requirements into actionable solutions that drive business outcomes and sales opportunities.
  • Guide the ongoing development of the Arrow Xpand managed services platform, establishing roadmaps for enhancements and integrations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring delivery quality and partner accountability.
  • Collaborate with service development teams to establish delivery models, processes, and platform architecture.
  • Support go-to-market strategy by providing sales enablement, training, and technical expertise to internal teams.
  • Partner with Service Solution Managers to define value propositions and competitive service pricing strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise managed services, including cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS models.
  • Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as: Citrix, VMWare, Nutanix, Omnissa, etc.
  • A strong understanding or familiarity with ITIL principles and frameworks to ensure effective IT service management and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients to define strategic solutions and drive business value through managed services.
  • Deep expertise in service design, integration, lifecycle management, and KPI-driven performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated success in working within a matrixed global organization, engaging across sales, engineering, and product teams.
  • Experience developing and launching managed service offerings — from concept through go-to-market execution.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to revenue goals and strategic outcomes.
  • Prior experience managing external development partners and third-party delivery networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — comfortable presenting to executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Product or portfolio management experience is a strong plus.
