This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, 2nd shift, with rotating holidays.

About the Role:

As a Client Care Specialist (CCS) at Angell West, Waltham, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and our veterinary team ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience from start to finish.

You'll be:

  • Greeting and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Scheduling appointments and managing discharge processes
  • Supporting emergency visit coordination with calm and efficiency
  • Acting as a key liaison between pet owners and medical staff
  • Driving a shuttle to our Boston location.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in high-energy settings
  • A passion for helping animals and their people

As this position requires excellent attention to detail, as well as verbal and written communication skills, we require applicants to include a cover letter with your application showcasing your writing skills.

COMPENSATION:

Starting $20-21hr

Experience

Required

  • Must be able to drive the Angell West vehicle and possess valid MA driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • 1 year(s): A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience required.
