Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the management of residential properties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks while maintaining effective relationships with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and work closely with facilities management to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and enhance service delivery.
  • Support leasing efforts through upselling available units and promoting property amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property documentation using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any issues proactively.
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in using office software and property management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
