Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing will lead all aspects of the company's marketing strategy, overseeing campaign development, brand management, digital presence, and performance analytics. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, expanding market reach, and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the content calendar, advertising initiatives, and public relations activities.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Lead the analysis of marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Develop KPIs and present insights to executive leadership.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Supervise vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Team Development:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Brand awareness and perception.
  • Customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Marketing ROI and campaign performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90, $115,000.00 per year
