We're looking for a Lead Handyman to join our growing team in Sonoma County. You'll take pride in caring for our members' homes, managing maintenance tasks, and being a trusted advisor — all while working a consistent weekday schedule with real growth potential.

What You'll Get

• Pay: $33–$38/hr (DOE)

What You'll Do

• Perform general home maintenance and repair tasks:

Drywall, carpentry, painting, fixture installs, basic plumbing/electrical, smart home devices, and seasonal upkeep.

• Manage work for a dedicated group of homeowners within a local service area (no long commutes).
• Build trust and long-term relationships with members.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and the Homi team.
• Lead and mentor new technicians as we grow.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 5–10+ years in general construction or handyman trades
• Multi-skilled: Confident in carpentry, drywall, paint, basic plumbing/electrical, and finishing work
• Detail-oriented: You care about clean lines, smooth finishes, and leaving every space better than you found it
• Self-motivated: You take pride in your independence and problem-solving skills
• Professional & personable: Great communication and customer service matter to you
• Prepared: Have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and your own tools
• Leadership-minded: Ready to take ownership and grow with the company
