One Step Forward ABA is seeking an experienced ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This part time role is for professionals with a proven background in ABA therapy who are ready to make an immediate impact during after school hours in Newark, NJ.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one on one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes.

  • Maintain professional communication with families and the clinical team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands on experience as an ABA Therapist, Behavior Technician, or RBT.
  • Availability for weekday after school hours.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client homes in Newark.
  • A professional and dependable demeanor.

This is NOT an entry-level role. We are seeking experienced professionals.
