Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Supervisor to join our team in overseeing restoration and cleaning projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Duties

- Supervise and lead a crew of restoration technicians during projects

- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members

- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards

- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and equipment for restoration tasks

- Conduct mold remediation, carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, fire restoration, and other related activities

- Oversee building and restoring structures as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred

- Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and equipment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines

- Knowledge of mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire restoration, and related processes

Must have IICRC Certification -WRT, fire/smoke and order, ASD,

AMT is a plus.

Must have experience with MICA, Dry track, Symblity, and Docu sketch ( a plus) use of iPhone, cameras and other restoration technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
