We are hiring for our location at 3100 SW Cedar Hills Blvd. in Beaverton.

If you enjoy the educational sales process and helping others, Mary Jane's House of Glass is the place to work. We are a family-owned and operated business that has been providing only the best in smokable glassware and other essential cannabis lifestyle products for over 25 years. With 13 locations, a state-of-the-art glassblowing facility, and large distribution center, we are the largest American-made smoke shop in the PNW (probably the country)

Our success and longevity comes from having the best products and the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff in the cannabis industry. Our team members thrive in helping and educating cannabis enthusiasts on the latest trends in the cannabis industry.

You may be a good fit for this role if you're looking for a cannabis industry-adjacent role with a nice pace of customers that allows you to engage with your customers, find helpful product solutions, oversee the needs of the store's inventory, and take pride in creating a clean gallery-like atmosphere for the customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be friendly and outgoing
  • Reliable and trustworthy

  • Available to work retail hours (Closing & Opening Shifts)
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Able to engage with all types of people
  • Cash handling experience preferred

BENEFITS:

  • $16.28/hr. Starting Wage
  • $ $20.00+/hr. after 60 days based on experience and availability

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and assist in merchandising efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures during all transactions.
