Your Mission
As Division Commodity Manager, you'll be the architect of our supplier strategy for key commodities in the Seating Division. You'll lead negotiations, optimize supplier performance, and ensure our purchasing strategy delivers maximum value. This is a high-visibility role where your decisions directly influence innovation, quality, and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Lead Strategy Deployment: Implement purchasing strategies and build a robust supplier panel.
- Own Supplier Relationships: Negotiate agreements and drive performance improvements.
- Shape Commodity Direction: Contribute to global commodity strategy and market intelligence.
- Deliver Results: Achieve purchasing budget targets and implement cost-reduction plans.
- Manage & Inspire: Lead a team of buyers and interns, fostering growth and excellence.
- Drive Innovation: Ensure strategic suppliers are engaged early in development phases.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of purchasing management experience in an industrial automotive environment.
- Expertise in supply portfolio management and market analysis.
- Experience with metals (stamping, welding), electronics, mechatronics, or interiors.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, market dynamics, and contractual/legal aspects.

- Advanced Excel and analytical skills (data-driven decision-making is key).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel ~40% to engage suppliers and drive results globally.
- Spanish language skills are a plus
