Job Description

Job Summary

As a Storefront Associate at MeetFresh, you are the face of our brand and play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Your main responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing drinks and desserts at the front station, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service. You will also share product knowledge and ensure every guest enjoys the authentic taste of traditional Taiwanese desserts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service throughout their visit
  • Take orders accurately using the POS system and handle cash or card transactions
  • Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer questions about products
  • Prepare drinks and assemble desserts at the front station according to company standards
  • Package orders neatly for dine-in or to-go service
  • Ensure the storefront, self-serve areas, condiment stations, and seating areas are always clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Monitor product availability and communicate with kitchen/prep staff as needed
  • Support promotional campaigns, seasonal specials, and loyalty programs when applicable
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or food & beverage experience preferred (perfer — training provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude and team-player mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and POS/cash handling skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
