YouTube's Community team is seeking a passionate Product Manager to work on Posts, a growing format on YouTube to inspire casual creation and lightweight content consumption. Posts are the lightest weight way for people to create, connect with their fans, and are a significant growth area for YouTube.You will be joining the Community organization within YouTube which is responsible for everything on YouTube that transforms a passive consumption experience to a dynamic, two way connection between Creators and their Fans.

Responsibilities:
- Define the goal, road map, and success metrics for Posts features, contributing to the direction and road map for expanding Posts content on YouTube.
- Understand viewer and fan needs, translating insights into engaing product experiences.
- Conceptualize and build tools leveraging technology (including generative AI) to empower fan participation and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to bring the product goals to life.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and iterate on the product experience.
