Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Integration Lead to join our team. The Data Integration Lead will be responsible for overseeing the integration of data across various systems and platforms to ensure seamless and efficient case management solutions. This role requires extensive experience in data integration, a deep understanding of healthcare data standards, and strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: · Integration Strategy: Develop and implement data integration strategies to support the case management solution, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and accessibility. · Architecture Design: Design and maintain the architecture for data integration, including data flow diagrams, integration processes, and technical specifications. · System Integration: Lead the integration of data from multiple sources, including electronic health records (EHR), health information exchanges (HIE), and other healthcare systems. · Data Mapping and Transformation: Oversee the mapping and transformation of data to ensure compatibility and standardization across different systems. · Collaboration: Work closely with product development, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and address any data-related issues. · Quality Assurance: Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. · Project Management: Manage data integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely and successful project delivery. · Compliance: Ensure that all data integration processes comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and HITECH. · Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes, protocols, and best practices.
Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. · Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data integration, with a strong background in healthcare data systems and standards. · Technical Skills: o Proficiency in data integration tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Mulesoft). o Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing. o Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT). o Familiarity with cloud-based data integration and storage solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure). · Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing data integration projects and teams. · Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail. · Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Certifications: Relevant certifications in data integration, data management, or healthcare IT are a plus.
