We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of install manager. Install managers oversee all aspects of the installation department, including scheduling installs, managing each project from start to finish, and developing a growing team.    Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We desire motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service.

Responsibilities Hands-on leader who will manage a team installing a high-quality woodworking product efficiently, and on time.
  • Manage and lead Installers and Installer assistants.
  • Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish. 
  • Interact with customers, designers, and the production department.
Requirements
  • Experience in product installation (e.g., home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation, and other closet/cabinet experience).
  • Superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
  • Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.
